This  Counter-Balance Theatre production, based on the life of John Harrison in the 18th century. explored the

creation of Harrison’s time-keeping devices through contact and movement based theater. Lighting created a 

museum atmosphere with soft isolating pools of light for the non-movement scenes. The main character frequently 

had moments of internal dialogue that were not shared with the other characters,  differentiated by blue tones 

that helped to transport the audience into Harrison’s mind.
